Aquatic Centre

The Solar Springs Health Retreat aquatic facility has a fabulous 25 metre indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room plus an enormous spa with great views over the Bundanoon gullies.

The pool utilises the latest water quality technology - the water is ozonated. Ozonation is the passing of the pool water through ozone gas. This state of the art process removes dead chlorine from the water and other "nasties" which chlorine may not. The benefits of this process are cleaner water, less chlorine, minimum chances of ear and eye irritations and no chlorine odours. Our Health and Fitness staff instruct aquarobics and play volleyball in the pool and of course it is perfect for lap swimming.
