Introducing Sarah Mycroft
Sarah Mycroft is a young woman on a mission. Her dream is to become the first woman to run around Australia and her quest began on April 4th when she ran north across the Harbour Bridge from the Sydney Opera House. Sarah has completed marathons all over the world and was NSW’s Long Distance Runner of the Year for 3 consecutive years from 2001.
Stiletto Camp
2009 saw the introduction of the Stiletto Camp. This revolutionary package combined getting sweaty with getting pretty. Guests had HUGE morning's working very hard either bush trekking the Morton National Park, pushing Grant's OZ Strong Man 'toys' around the grounds or working hard in the Retreat's gym. Afternoons, however, were spent with with Annie, Michelle and Tanya being pampered. These fantastic camps include daily small group personal training sessions, health spa cuisine, daily activities including classes, talks and walks plus daily pampering including a massage, facial, body wrap, pedicure & hydro bath.
